The Role

This role is to manage key named strategic clients in the Benelux. The right candidate should have a proven farming/ account management/ client partner experience in the Benelux. Experience of expanding and growing clients through successful pipeline creation and landing additional deals in the clients they were managing for their employer organisations is a must

Primary Duties
• Creating new business opportunities for the company across the clients that the successful candidate will manage for the company
• High value IT Services/ Business Process outsourcing services selling across the client portfolio
• Establishing company brand name & service offerings across the client portfolio, and improving the company's positioning vis-à-vis competition
• Developing and executing go-to-market plans that lead to successful pipeline creation and onboarding new clients
• Working with Company's vertical and horizontal teams to build a strong pipeline across the client portfolio
• Taking successful account transition for the new clients added by the Hunting team after a mutually agreed transition plan
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Engineering (required) and an MBA (preferred) from a premier institute
• Strong technical aptitude
• 5-10 years of work experience for an IT Services organisation, out of which a minimum 3-5 years should be in Farming in the Benelux
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are pre-requisites.
Preferred Qualifications
• Deep understanding of software technology
• Certifications on cloud (e.g. AZ900/ AWS fundamentals or similar certifications on key partner products/ platforms/ technologies
